Nothing of the sort took place, what did take place was a demonstration instead of Imperial might. On that basis, does taking down a POS belonging to... say, the CVA disprove the existence of your God? One would imagine that God would have made every effort to protect his temple against this most hideous affront. So eather your God doesn't exist, was too weak to protect his temple, or simply doesn't care about you and these tasks he gives you are just his way of ******* with you.
